Children's Art & Crafts - Opening Notes

ACTUAL EXHIBITS in All WRITING, ART & CRAFT sections will be collected FROM SCHOOLS between 27th May to 31st May 2024.

NON-SCHOOL EXHIBITS in WRITING, ART & CRAFT sections MUST BE LEFT AT THE SHOW GROUNDS on Saturday 8th June 2024 between 9am and 12noon

Name, Age & School/Contact to be on the back of each exhibit.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

  1. Create and design your own Hat as an Agricultural theme.
  2. Can be put together using any of the following materials Paper Mache, card board, chicken wire, wool, thread, embroidery, plant material such as artificial flowers.
  3. Competition is open to Primary School children only.
  4. Exhibit to be displayed on a base 41cm by 41cm
  5. The exhibit must be the sole work of the child.
  6. Special qualifying class will be held at selected shows.
  7. Judge’s decision will be final at all stages of the competition.
  8. Two exhibits may qualify at the selected shows.
  9. Exhibits are displayed at owner’s risk.
