Open for ponies, mares or geldings, measuring up to 138cm. Rider up to 15 years of age.

Pony Open Riding - Opening Notes

Ring 2 - judging will commence after connemara ponies 

Champion open riding will recieve a cup.

Any suitable bridle may be worn. Bits must be used in thier manufactured conditon without an addition or modification to, or on, any part and conform the requirments of the class. The bit must never be used to reprimand the pony. Judges will take into consideration the effectivness and severity of the bit and the bridle and their decision is final All children in these classes may be asked to unsaddle, saddle and lead their ponies unassisted.

Ponies entered in these classes cannot enter Novice riding classes or Riding School Classes
