The ISA Levy of 5% will be deducted from prize money
ANY UNDERAGE RIDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT / GUARDIAN.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR HORSES
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Horse-riding is a dangerous sport. While mounted, all competitors and ride judges are required, for their own safety, to wear appropriate head gear that complies with up to date safety standards and is securely fastened.
Judging will commence after Connemara pony classes.
Champion Open riding pony will receive a Champion rosette and a cup. Qualifiers for this are first class winners of ponies under 128, ponies under 138 and ponies under 148.
Champion €30 - Reserve Champion €15
Any suitable bridle may be worn. Individual showpiece. To be judged on suitability, obedience, conformation and movement. All children in these classes may be asked to unsaddle, saddle and lead their ponies unassisted.
Ponies entered in these classes cannot enter Novice riding classes or Riding School Classes
No entries permitted on day of event.
All Classes are subject to a minimum of 5 entries for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd prizes. For Classes with less than 5 entries, 1st prize only will be paid.
