You must supply all information below to be considered for a trade space.
Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. To avoid any delays, please ensure you have all checklist information to hand before you begin your application process online:

  1. Name of Business
  2. Company / Contact Details
  3. Stand Area / Location
  4. Trade Stand Type/Size Option
  5. List of Electrical Equipment
  6. Advertising 
  7. Product & Service Details
  8. Structure & Equipment Details
  9. Insurance Details & Letter from Insurer
    Letter must include all requested details as laid out in sample letter and terms and conditions.
  10. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions including access times - Read all terms and conditions in detail.
  11. Payment Details
        - Online Payment - Preferred method with online application. Payment via Stripe.
        - Bank transfer - please include your order reference with the bank transfer payment
  12. In event that your application is not successful your payment will be returned, but refunds for any other reasons will not be considered.

All TERMS and CONDITIONS must be accepted before your application can be submitted.

REMINDER: An Application is NOT CONFIRMATION of stand allocation. The Dundalk Show Society will be in contact to confirm your booking by email and if unsuccessful payment will be refunded. 

All stands must be booked and paid in advance.
