ENTRIES must be submitted ONLINE by FRIDAY 30th May 2025

FULL address and Eircode required for ALL entries as prizes will be paid by cheque after the show

The ISA Levy of 5% will be deducted from prize money

ANY UNDERAGE RIDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT / GUARDIAN.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR HORSES

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Horse-riding is a dangerous sport. While mounted, all competitors and ride judges are required, for their own safety, to wear appropriate head gear that complies with up to date safety standards and is securely fastened.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

  1. This Championship is for Donkey Mare with Foal at Foot.
  2. All Exhibitors must have the Dam’s passport, (in accordance with EU legislation for all entries which includes Donkeys), ready for inspection at the Qualifying Show and Final.
  3. Two Donkeys to qualify if Judges & I.S.A agree that the standard is high enough.
  4. The Qualifying Exhibitor must fill out their own Qualifying Card at each Qualifying Show.

A prize will be presented for Combination of Best Turned out Donkey and Most Suitably Dressed Handler

All Classes are subject to a minimum of 5 entries for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd prizes. For Classes with less than 5 entries, 1st prize only will be paid.
